Well, I am making another trip to our capital to apostille some more paperwork. I pray this is it! Once these final papers make it to the adoption agency, they will be on their way to Russia where they will need to be translated. That may take a couple of weeks. Then they will be sent on to the Ministry of Education. He, or she, has up to 10 days to review the papers and request any other paperwork. If all is acceptable, a court date will be set for the hearing for the adoption!
